Are you currently working in retail and ready to take the next step into luxury fashion wholesale?
This is an opportunity to join an established British luxury outerwear brand with a rich heritage, exceptional craftsmanship and a reputation for timeless design.
Reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale, you'll play a key role in supporting the womenswear wholesale business, working with premium retail partners and helping deliver a seamless experience from seasonal selling through to final delivery.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting wholesale accounts and building strong relationships with retail partners.
- Assisting with seasonal sell-in, buyer appointments and order writing.
- Managing wholesale orders from entry and confirmation through to delivery and invoicing.
- Working closely with production, logistics, merchandising and finance teams.
- Monitoring stock, coordinating reorders and resolving delivery queries.
- Supporting sales reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
- Helping prepare showrooms, samples and collections for market weeks and buyer appointments.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in wholesale sales, operations or account support would be a strong advantage.
- An interest in luxury fashion, ideally womenswear or premium apparel.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with different teams.
- Good Excel skills, with ERP or wholesale system experience beneficial.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
The details
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Location: Baker Street, London
Working pattern: Five days a week in the office
Travel: Required for showroom support, market appointments and trade events
Bonus: No bonus scheme
