KEY DUTIES
- Project & Client Management: Oversee day-to-day project logistics, proactively manage timelines, and ensure seamless client communication.
- Research & Insights: Lead smaller projects, draft screeners/guides, moderate interviews, analyse data, and contribute to reports.
- Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted client contact, present findings confidently, and drive process efficiency.
