Opportunity

I am looking for a Senior Paid Media Account Manager with extensive hands-on experience across paid search & paid social to join a growing team. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of mid-to-large budget accounts, leading strategy, execution, optimisation, and client relationships from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and delivery across a portfolio of paid search and paid social accounts.
  • Own campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance outcomes.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading regular meetings and presenting performance insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance presentations.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and measurement issues to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with platform representatives to gain access to new features, beta opportunities, and industry insights.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years' experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Additional experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or app install campaigns would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence handling strategic discussions and performance reviews.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.
