An established and fast-growing SaaS business is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise digital solutions across a diverse client portfolio. This is a strategic, client-facing opportunity suited to someone with a strong background in digital delivery, SaaS implementation, and software project management. You will play a key role in driving complex projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and client adoption.

The Role

As Senior Digital Project Manager, you will oversee multiple concurrent digital and SaaS implementation projects, ensuring delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams, external stakeholders, and clients while managing the full project lifecycle from discovery and planning through to deployment and ongoing support.

Work model: Hybrid - London, 1 day per week preferred. The role offers a highly flexible hybrid working model, with occasional client-site travel for workshops, stakeholder meetings, or implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and SaaS implementation projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Customer Success, and Support
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and status updates
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed KPIs and client expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and methodologies
  • Maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting
  • Support onboarding and adoption of digital platforms within client environments
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Digital Project Management, Software Delivery, or SaaS Implementation
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation or software implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of SaaS environments and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a commercially understandable way
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working within fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
