The Opportunity: Partnering with a leading and globally recognised premium education group, consisting of over 100 world-class schools across 30 countries. This is a strategic and hands-on role. As Senior CRM Campaign Manager you will be working closely with global marketing leaders, admissions teams, regional stakeholders, and technology partners. You will own the end-to-end customer journey strategy, leading multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app/push, and direct mail to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the customer lifecycle and CRM communication strategy
  • Deliver targeted multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app, and direct mail to drive engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Analyse campaign and customer journey performance to improve ROI and customer experience
  • Lead segmentation and personalisation strategies using customer data and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver aligned campaigns
  • Manage and mentor junior CRM team members
  • Support the optimisation of CRM and marketing automation technologies

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Hands-on delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journey strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and performance metrics to drive optimisation and ROI
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
