We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business growth across AI-powered marketing transformation and creative services. This is not SaaS. You are not selling software licenses. You are selling managed, outcome-led services that help marketing teams and brands transform how they plan, produce, and optimise creative output - faster, more efficiently, and at scale.
Our work sits at the intersection of AI systems, marketing strategy, and creative production, enabling brands to significantly improve campaign speed, content output, and performance without increasing headcount or operational complexity.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and close new business across AI-powered managed marketing services
- Run consultative, discovery-led sales processes with senior marketing stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors, Agency leaders)
- Translate AI-enabled service capabilities into clear commercial outcomes (speed, efficiency, performance, scalability)
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
- Develop and manage a pipeline across DTC, e-commerce, FMCG, fashion/lifestyle, and agency partners
- Shape tailored proposals, retainers, and SOW-based commercial models in collaboration with internal delivery teams
- Identify and convert opportunities for account expansion and multi-service adoption
What we're looking for:
- 5-6 years' experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals
- Experience selling to senior marketing stakeholders or within marketing-led organisations
- Background in marketing services, agencies, martech, or adjacent consultative sales environments
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and creative production workflows
- Ability to clearly articulate AI-driven solutions in business and commercial terms (not technical language)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity and self-led prospecting
- Experience working with retainer, SOW, or project-based commercial structures (preferred)
