Overview

A luxury retail brand is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Paid search) to support the growth of its in‑house digital marketing function. This role offers a strong opportunity to develop paid search skills in a hands‑on, data‑driven environment, working closely with experienced team members on multi‑market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Build and manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube
  • Monitor and optimise keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword, search query and audience analysis
  • Assist with feed optimisation and Performance Max activity
  • Manage creative updates and asset testing
  • Support structured testing plans and campaign experiments
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
  • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, creative, CRM and web teams
  • Assist with campaign setup for promotions and launches

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience using Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Good Excel skills and high attention to detail
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear communication skills for reporting insights and recommendations
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools is beneficial
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Ecommerce or retail experience preferred
