The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Head of Delegate Sales to lead and scale their delegate acquisition strategy across a portfolio of global events. This is a leadership role where you will own revenue performance, build a sales function, and contribute to the company's commercial direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver delegate revenue targets across multiple event portfolios
- Design and run scalable, data-driven sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Build, lead, and manage a delegate sales team (inbound, outbound, and partnerships)
- Improve conversion funnels using AI-driven insights and performance analytics
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to support demand generation and audience engagement
- Develop and refine value propositions for different customer segments
- Implement best practices in CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies globally
- Support and develop team members, encouraging accountability and continuous improvement
