We're supporting an established global events business with over 30 years' experience delivering large-scale B2B exhibitions across energy, infrastructure, technology, and innovation. They are expanding their renewable energy portfolio and are hiring a Business Development Manager to support growth across the European market.

About the Event

A leading renewable energy exhibition based in Paris, focused on accelerating clean energy adoption across Europe. You’ll be connecting with:

  • Solar & battery storage companies
  • Clean infrastructure developers
  • Utilities & energy users
  • Investors, installers & solution providers

A key meeting point for partnerships and commercial opportunities in the energy transition.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the full 360° sales cycle (from prospecting to close)
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Europe
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
  • Deliver tailored proposals in French & English
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce / CRM tools
  • Work closely with marketing, operations & conference teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve commercial performance

What we're looking for

  • Native French speaker essential
  • Strong English communication skills
  • 1-2 years experience in sales / BD / recruitment / events / client‑facing roles
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
