I'm hiring a CRM Manager for a fast-growing D2C coffee subscription brand. The role is fully remote, but you must have the right to live and work in the UK and be a recent, hands-on Klaviyo user. This isn’t a strategy-only role – you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long-term subscriber.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long-term subscriber
- Building and optimising automated journeys and subscription flows in Klaviyo
- Running weekly CRM campaigns that drive revenue and retention
- Digging into churn, engagement, and subscriber data to uncover growth opportunities
- Working closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and CX teams
Qualifications
- Recent, hands-on Klaviyo user (non-negotiable)
- Experience in D2C scale-ups, ideally subscription or consumables (coffee, FMCG, wellness)
- Commercial, data-led mindset with comfort owning outcomes
- Enjoy pace, autonomy, and building things properly
