Partnering with a fast-growing, membership-based intelligence business supporting senior executives in operations and supply chain to navigate digital transformation, AI, and sustainability challenges. I am seeking a Senior Communications Manager, to act as a strategic deputy to the Head of Communications. This is a high-impact role combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, suited to an exceptional writer and communications leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The Role: This position blends strategic communications leadership with delivery. You will own key programs end-to-end, develop high-quality content, and ensure measurable impact across multiple channels. The role requires someone who can confidently operate at both senior and executional levels – stepping in to lead when needed, while maintaining consistently high output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Podcast & External Content Programs
- Own end-to-end podcast production, including vendor management, guest coordination, and quality control
- Prepare guests, shape discussions, and build ongoing external relationships
- Track performance and drive continuous content innovation
- Writing & Strategic Content
- Create high-impact content (research summaries, sales materials, thought leadership)
- Develop LinkedIn content to position senior stakeholders as industry leaders
- Translate complex insights into clear, engaging multi-format narratives
- Maintain consistent tone and provide editorial oversight across outputs
- Internal Communications & Employer Brand
- Support development of internal communications, including newsletters and company updates
- Manage internal content planning and editorial calendars
- Create employer brand content to showcase culture, values, and employee experience
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in communications, content, or related roles
- Exceptional writer and editor with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong judgment
- Experienced in stakeholder and vendor management
Nice to Have:
- Experience with podcast or multimedia production
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional content strategies
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or membership-based organisations
- Experience in internal communications and employer branding
