Are you a confident sales professional who thrives on closing high‑value deals and speaking with senior decision‑makers? We are working with a leading global events business that delivers world‑class conferences connecting the aviation and transport industries across the world.

This is a full 360° Business Development role where you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from first conversation through to closing major sponsorship and partnership deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across the aviation and transport sectors
  • Selling high‑value sponsorship and partnership packages
  • Speaking daily with directors, VPs and C‑level stakeholders
  • Building tailored commercial proposals that deliver real value
  • Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and Gong
  • Working closely with internal teams to shape event content and strategy
  • Hitting (and beating) revenue targets

What we’re looking for:

  • 2‑3 years of sales experience (events ideal, recruitment also great)
  • A strong track record in full‑cycle sales
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable prospecting and building your own pipeline
  • Strong negotiation and deal‑closing ability
  • Organised, commercially minded, and able to perform well under pressure
