JOB TITLE: Associate Director (Social and Commercial) SALARY: Up to £55k LOCATION: London – 3 days a week in the office The Company We are representing a multi‑sector agency, with a strong pedigree within the industry, working with the worlds' biggest and most influential brands and social sector entities.
They utilise a purpose‑led approach, creating bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government entities and charities.
Key Duties Manage client relationships, lead projects successfully, ensuring expectations, timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
Oversee project finances, maintain profitability, prepare costings, write proposals, and grow client accounts.
Ensure deliverable quality, drive business development, and mentor junior team members effectively daily.
Skills & Experience Previously managed quantitative tracking studies end‑to‑end, designing surveys, analysing trends, and delivering actionable insights.
Previously presented findings confidently using Excel, Power Point, and data analysis software with exceptional accuracy.
Demonstrable experience of financial awareness, organisational skills, and AI knowledge to enhance research effectiveness consistently.
