A £20million Beauty & Luxury Cosmetics distributor operating across the UK & EU is building out its Amazon function and looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to join the team in Central London. Already partnered with 10 luxury beauty brands, the business is investing heavily into ecommerce and marketplace growth, making this an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of a major Amazon expansion.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you'll take ownership of Amazon trading performance across UK & EU marketplaces. From listings and content optimisation through to media performance and commercial reporting, you'll play a key role in driving visibility, conversion, and growth across the portfolio. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail and making a visible commercial impact. The role will suit someone who still enjoys being hands-on day-to-day. The business is looking for someone prepared to operate in the detail, execute directly, and help build the function - rather than someone looking to manage a large team from day one. The role is based in their Mayfair office 4 days per week. All candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing Amazon Seller Central accounts day-to-day, ensuring smooth trading and strong account health
- Owning product listings end-to-end including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords
- Continuously optimising listings and content to improve visibility, conversion, and overall brand presentation
- Overseeing Amazon media campaigns and identifying opportunities to improve performance across ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion
- Supporting FBA operations including stock levels, replenishment, and forecasting alongside the operations team
- Analysing performance data, spotting trends, and making commercial recommendations to drive growth
- Monitoring competitor activity, Amazon updates, and marketplace best practices
- Working closely with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure strong execution across brands
What they're looking for:
- Hands-on Amazon marketplace experience across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon listings, content optimisation, and conversion drivers
- Experience managing or supporting Amazon PPC/media campaigns
- Commercial awareness with a good understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Someone who thrives in a growing business environment and enjoys ownership/responsibility
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Meta or Google Ads
- Experience within D2C, beauty, lifestyle, or brand-led businesses
