The Role

  • Developing and leading ROI-focused, data-led performance strategies
  • Owning the digital media roadmap across search, display, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate
  • Leading and mentoring a growing team of digital and performance specialists
  • Aligning performance, strategy, and creative teams for integrated campaign delivery
  • Acting as a senior strategic partner to clients, offering best-in-class guidance
  • Leading pitch strategy for new business and showcasing ROI-driven thinking
  • Defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and delivering insights to C-level clients

The Candidate:

  • 10+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in performance-focused roles
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership position, ideally within an agency
  • Expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Affiliate
  • Deep experience with analytics and tracking platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
  • A commercial mindset with strong forecasting and budget planning skills
  • Clear, confident communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to shape agency direction and offerings
  • Can commute and work in central London for team days and client meetings
