We are looking for a hands‑on performance marketing leader who will own the full‑funnel growth engine across acquisition, conversion and retention for a fast‑scaling D2C subscription e‑commerce food brand based in Mayfair, London.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of paid social & paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google), including creative testing, ROAS optimisation, and budget allocation based on cohort performance.
- Shopify CRO & conversion rate optimisation: site performance, PDPs, landing pages, checkout, and subscription flows; run A/B tests to increase conversion and subscription opt‑in rates.
- Subscription growth & retention: improve retention, repeat purchase rate, optimise lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, on‑site), and increase AOV through bundles, upsells and behavioural triggers.
- Performance marketing & analytics: own core e‑commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, MER, churn, payback period), build insights from cohort and channel performance, and use data to shift spend and prioritise growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in paid social (Meta/TikTok) and paid search.
- Background in DTC, e‑commerce or subscription businesses.
- Deep understanding of Shopify CRO and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to analyse and act on CAC, LTV and cohort performance.
- Experience improving performance marketing efficiency at scale.
- Hands‑on, test‑and‑learn mindset.
