And no… this isn't your standard graduate scheme where you spend two years rotating between departments and wondering when you\'ll get some real responsibility.

So, what will you actually be doing?

GRADUATE PROPERTY & COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

• Central London / Aldgate




• £28,000-£35,000




• 5 days a week in the office




• ASAP start




• Graduate opportunity

• Getting to know commercial buildings and how they operate




• Speaking to clients, landlords, occupiers and property brokers




• Handling enquiries and helping turn them into deals




• Attending property viewings - and eventually leading them




• Getting involved in brokerage and commercial opportunities




• Learning how to price space and understand the numbers behind property




• Working on managed office proposals and landlord opportunities




• Learning about rent, leases, licences, ROI, capex and cashflow




• Using AI and technology to analyse buildings and identify opportunities




• And, most importantly, taking on real responsibility early

Who are we looking for?

We\'re not looking for someone who simply has the right degree.

We\'re looking for personality, drive and commercial instinct.

You might have studied:

• Real Estate / Property




• Construction / Surveying




• Planning / Land Management




• Finance / Economics




• Business




• Architecture / Built Environment

Or something completely different.

Previous property experience? Great.

No property experience but you\'ve got serious drive and the right attitude? Also worth talking.
