They are expanding their renewable energy portfolio and are hiring a Business Development Manager to support growth across the European market.

A leading renewable energy exhibition based in Paris, focused on accelerating clean energy adoption across Europe. You’ll be connecting with:
- Solar & battery storage companies
- Clean infrastructure developers
- Utilities & energy users
- Investors, installers & solution providers
A key meeting point for partnerships and commercial opportunities in the energy transition.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full 360° sales cycle (from prospecting to close)
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Europe
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
- Deliver tailored proposals in French & English
- Manage pipeline using Salesforce / CRM tools
- Work closely with marketing, operations & conference teams
- Contribute ideas to improve commercial performance
What we're looking for
- Native French speaker essential
- Strong English communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in sales / BD / recruitment / events / client‑facing roles
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a target‑driven environment
- Organised, resilient, and proactive
