Events Executive
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 x days office / 3 x days remote)
Are you an organised and driven events professional looking for your next challenge? Join an experienced events team and play a key role in delivering an exciting portfolio of high-profile events.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders while managing and delivering a busy annual calendar. You will work across both virtual and face-to-face events including conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and dinners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to broaden their experience in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced environment.
What You\βll Do
- Manage logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, speaker liaison, delegate onboarding, and seamless delivery (virtual and in-person)
- Build and maintain event webpages, supporting a smooth delegate booking process
- Partner with commercial teams to deliver sponsorship requirements
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues on event promotions and cross-selling opportunities
- Support budgeting and reporting, contributing to effective event evaluation
- Research and propose new speakers and topics to keep programmes fresh and relevant
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Hands-on experience delivering both face-to-face and virtual events (Zoom or similar)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in using MS Office, Teams and Zoom
- A polished, professional approach with a keen eye for detail
- Ideally, experience of drafting conference programmes and/or working within a membership organisation
