Event Executive
Salary: £33,000+ (based on experience) + Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM
London– Hybrid (2-3 days in the office, the rest from home)
The team:
We are a growing and forward-thinking events team, hosting over 200 events annually. From intimate dinners to large-scale conferences, we cover a wide variety of industries, including data, tax, health-care, sustainability, and more. Our events range from webinars with 200k delegates to in-person conferences of 800+ attendees. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be involved in all stages of event delivery, planning through to execution.
The Role:
As an Event Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality events, including virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and black-tie dinners. Owning about 40 events annually with the support from the wider team. You'll work closely with the marketing team, subject matter experts, sponsors, and various stakeholders to ensure every event runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous event experience who thrives under pressure and enjoys contributing to a team's success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day logistics for webinars, conferences, and dinners.

Liaise with the marketing team for event promotion and speaker coordination.

Work with subject matter experts and committees to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

Provide support on both virtual and in-person events, including event platforms like Zoom and Zoom Events.

Collaborate with the sponsorship team to integrate sponsors effectively into events.

Oversee event booking systems, track registrations, and manage event communications.

Provide administrative support, including managing event timelines and coordinating with internal teams.

Ensure smooth event delivery from concept to post-event evaluation.
The Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years in event coordination or management, with a focus on virtual and in-person events- Membership or Professional Services experience is highly advantageous.

Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience working with diverse teams, including external stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events) is a plus.
