We\’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an Events Executive to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Senior Events Manager. The team is growing so this is a new role where you will join 7 other amazing events experts. You will be orchestrating all elements of online and in person award events from webinars, conferences, dinners, round tables and more.

About the Role:

  • Manage a variety of events – around 250 per year (65% virtual, 35% in-person)
  • Work closely with committees and stakeholders to draft proposals, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal departments
  • Handle everything from working with speakers to overseeing event logistics
  • Collaborate with sponsorship, marketing, and other teams to create successful events
  • Some budgeting involved, with varied audience types, from lifelong members to senior figures in the industry

What We\’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of events experience, ideally as an Events Manager or similar within a membership or professional services enterprise
  • Strong organisational skills, experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and stakeholder engagement
  • A positive, can-do attitude; a team player eager to help others and build relationships
  • Confident with holding slides for webinars and managing events logistics using digital tools
