Events Executive – Join a Leading Membership Body!
We\’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an Events Executive to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Senior Events Executive. The team is growing so this is a new role where you will join 7 other amazing events experts. You will be orchestraing all elements of online and in person events from webinars, conferences, dinners, round tables and more.

About the Role:
- Manage a variety of events-around 250 per year (65% virtual, 35% in-person)
- Work closely with committees and stakeholders to draft proposals, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal departments
- Handle everything from working with speakers to overseeing event logistics
- Collaborate with sponsorship, marketing, and other teams to create successful events
- Some budgeting involved, with varied audience types, from lifelong members to senior figures in the industry
What We\’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of events experience, ideally as an Events Coordinator or similar within a membership or professional services enterprise
- Strong organisational skills, experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and stakeholder engagement
- A positive, can-do attitude; a team player eager to help others and build relationships
- Confident with holding slides for webinars and managing events logistics using digital tools
