An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Event/ Club Operations Manager to join one of London's most legendary cultural venues - a destination known for its cutting-edge music heritage, iconic events, and boundary-pushing creativity.
The Club/Events Operations Manager will lead the venue's nighttime operations, taking full responsibility for delivering seamless, safe, and memorable experiences for guests. From managing staff and security to overseeing bar service, customer experience, and compliance, this is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the action.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operational delivery during club nights and events
- Leading and motivating bar, security, and floor staff during shifts
- Managing crowd flow, safety protocols, and customer service
- Conducting staff briefings and ensuring shift objectives are met
- Coordinating with facilities for maintenance and cleanliness
- Taking ownership of a key operational area (Bars, Events, or Venue Ops)
- Reporting on incidents, performance, and continuous improvement
Previous Experience:
