Digital Executive (Paid Social Focus) Location: Manchester (3 days per week in the office) Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 About the Agency We\’re a creative, integrated marketing agency that partners with leading retail and lifestyle destinations to deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Our work brings brands to life through creative storytelling and smart digital activation. The Role We\’re looking for a Digital Executive with a passion for Paid Social to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you\’ll help plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns for well-known consumer brands – collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, setup, and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure all assets are optimised for performance and aligned with client goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements and maximise ROI. Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns performing at their best. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders. (Bonus) Assist with occasional PPC activity if you have prior experience or an interest in learning. What We\’re Looking For Around 1-2 years\’ experience managing or supporting Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency environment. Confident setting up campaigns and comfortable analysing campaign data. An understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and creative optimisation. Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for all things Paid Social.
