THE COMPANY

We are representing a privately owned specialist market research firm serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including diagnostics, digital health, and precision medicine. The company helps clients at every stage, from early concept testing to post-market clinical data collection, delivering projects worldwide through an experienced, dedicated team.

They are currently looking to bring on a passionate Data Executive, you will be integral to the end-to-end delivery of mixed methods projects.

KEY DUTIES

  • Built structured Excel workbooks, producing accurate cross-tabulations and summary tables with rigorous quality control throughout projects.
  • Quality-checked Excel, SPSS and PowerPoint outputs, reconciling figures, percentages and base sizes against source data.
  • Improved data management processes, maintaining audit trails, version control and developing medical device and real-world data knowledge.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced Excel and SPSS skills, confidently managing structured datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables and cross-tabulations accurately.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, reconciling data across formats with strong organisational skills and consistent quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities, interpreting complex survey data while managing multiple deadlines with excellent English communication.
