Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:45 - 17:15
- Friday: 08:45 - 16:30
- 1 weekend day every 3 weeks (with a day off in lieu during the week)
Role Purpose: We're looking for a customer-focused, Portuguese-speaking professional to join our team as a Customer Complaints Agent. This role is all about resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining satisfaction, and ensuring every complaint is handled with care and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing:
- Complaint Handling: Resolve customer complaints via email, phone, and live chat.
- Investigation & Resolution: Thoroughly investigate complaints and work with internal teams to find fair solutions.
- Clear Communication: Provide professional and empathetic communication to customers.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document complaints and resolutions in our systems.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and relevant industry regulations to handle complaints.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across the business to resolve complex cases.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer's voice and help reduce recurring issues.
