Rapidly scaling eCommerce brand in the art, design and home space, selling curated artistic prints and home furnishings to a growing global audience. Backed by an experienced US VC firm with a strong track record in consumer eCommerce, the focus now is on converting demand more intelligently and efficiently.
They are looking for a CRO & Monetisation Manager to take ownership of one of the most commercially critical parts of the business: the website. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as product owner for the ecommerce experience, owning conversion rate, average order value and on-site monetisation. You’ll shape how products are discovered, how collections are merchandised, and how pricing, offers, bundles and upsells drive growth and margin. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations, using insight and experimentation to turn traffic into sustained revenue – not just short-term wins.
What you’ll own:
- CVR and AOV across the website, driving revenue per visitor
- On-site offers, bundles, upsells and pricing presentation
- Customer journey analysis to identify friction and monetisation opportunities
- A structured experimentation and A/B testing roadmap
- UX, merchandising and pricing experiments with clear commercial outcomes
- Briefing and managing developers to deliver improvements at pace
- Translating insight into actions that inform campaigns, catalogue strategy and product presentation
- End-to-end ownership of the website, aligned to trading and launch calendars
What they’re looking for:
- Demonstrated success improving performance on a high-traffic consumer website
- Strong commercial judgement, backed by data and experimentation
- Experience designing, running and interpreting structured tests
- Confidence working directly with developers and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving scale-up environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in paid-media-led or DTC ecommerce, Shopify, experimentation tools (GA, Optimizely, VWO), Figma, basic HTML/CSS, and an interest in art, design or home brands.
The package:
- £60,000 - £70,000 salary
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in Shoreditch)
- 25 days holiday + birthday + duvet day + bank holidays
- One week working from abroad
- Annual company retreat
- Monthly health & wellness budget
- Learning & development budget
- Generous employee discount for you, friends & family
This is an opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, visible commercial impact and the chance to shape how a modern consumer brand scales online - without layers of bureaucracy.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial judgement with a data-driven mindset
- Optimising high-traffic consumer websites for conversion and revenue
- Designing, running, and analysing structured experiments (A/B testing, UX, pricing, merchandising)
- On-site monetisation strategies: offers, bundles, upsells, pricing presentation
- Customer journey analysis to remove friction and identify growth opportunities
- End-to-end ownership of digital product experiences
- Collaborating effectively with developers, marketing, product and operations teams
- Familiarity with Shopify, experimentation/analytics tools (GA, Optimizely, VWO)
- Basic HTML/CSS and wireframing (Figma) is a plus
- Interest in art, design, home furnishings, or creative consumer brands
