The Role:- Build and deploy newsletters, emails, and SMS campaigns across regions.
- Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content.
- Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment.
- Optimise and refresh trigger campaigns to boost conversions.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work alongside other CRM specialists to drive regional growth.

- 1+ years of experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.
