JOB TITLE: Research & Insight Manager (Client-side)
SALARY: £38k - £45k DOE
LOCATION: London - 3 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
We are representing a global entertainment-sector organisation seeking a high-impact Research Manager to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform commercial strategy, brand partnerships, and audience engagement.
The role sits at the heart of the insight team, leading the delivery of multiple quantitative and qualitative research workstreams while providing strategic direction and analytical expertise. You will combine hands-on analysis and strong stakeholder management to drive meaningful business outcomes:
KEY DUTIES
- Embed data and insights across the organisation, supporting the Director, R&I in strategic decision-making.
- Design, manage and analyse primary and secondary research projects, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop compelling stories about brand opportunities, managing external research vendor relationships.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven market research or consumer insights experience, with strong qualitative and quantitative methodology knowledge.
- Translate data and metrics into meaningful narratives, connecting insights to commercial objectives through analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Q, SPSS, DisplayR or equivalent, and social listening platforms.
