KEY DUTIES
- Conduct primary qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, focus group moderation, and face-to-face ethnography.
- Support account management by monitoring budgets and timelines while collaborating effectively across departments to deliver results.
- Communicate insights clearly, translate strategies into action, contribute creative thinking, and suggest improvements to maximise impact.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting client accounts, contributing to research and insights, and addressing business challenges effectively.
