Are you the person who keeps everything organised, spots the detail others miss, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks?
We're looking for a highly organised, Excel-confident individual to join a busy marketing team in a role where your coordination skills will make a real difference.

What will you be doing?
- Managing Excel spreadsheets, cleaning data and keeping records accurate
- Coordinating email campaigns, marketing schedules and campaign trackers
- Maintaining audience databases and event registration information
- Checking communications, links and event details to ensure everything is correctSupporting event registrations, delegate reporting and follow-ups
- Working closely with marketing, editorial, commercial and events colleagues
What are we looking for?
- Strong, practical Excel skills - you'll be using spreadsheets regularly
- Previous experience in an EA, PA, office administration or coordination role
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Someone who enjoys keeping information accurate, processes organised and tasks on track
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with different teams
- An interest in marketing and a willingness to learn new systems and tools
This role is admin-heavy, so it's ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the operational side of keeping a team running smoothly. You don't need to be an experienced marketer - strong administration skills and an interest in marketing are what matter most.
If you're ready to put your organisational skills to use in a marketing team, we'd be keen to hear from you!
