This is a full 360° Business Development role where you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from first conversation through to closing major sponsorship and partnership deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business across the aviation and transport sectors
- Selling high‑value sponsorship and partnership packages
- Speaking daily with directors, VPs and C‑level stakeholders
- Building tailored commercial proposals that deliver real value
- Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and Gong
- Working closely with internal teams to shape event content and strategy
- Hitting (and beating) revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- 2‑3 years of sales experience (events ideal, recruitment also great)
- A strong track record in full‑cycle sales
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable prospecting and building your own pipeline
- Strong negotiation and deal‑closing ability
- Organised, commercially minded, and able to perform well under pressure
