LOCATION: London – 3 days a week in the office

They utilise a purpose‑led approach, creating bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government entities and charities.
Key Duties
- Manage client relationships, lead projects successfully, ensuring expectations, timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Oversee project finances, maintain profitability, prepare costings, write proposals, and grow client accounts.
- Ensure deliverable quality, drive business development, and mentor junior team members effectively daily.
Skills & Experience
- Previously managed quantitative tracking studies end‑to‑end, designing surveys, analysing trends, and delivering actionable insights.
- Previously presented findings confidently using Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software with exceptional accuracy.
- Demonstrable experience of financial awareness, organisational skills, and AI knowledge to enhance research effectiveness consistently.
