We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing team in the brand measurement and advertising sector. This is a consultative account management role focused on managing and growing existing client relationships, supporting sales team growth, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You will work closely with clients at all levels—from junior personnel to senior decision-makers—helping them solve challenges, maintain high satisfaction, and uncover opportunities to grow their accounts.
What you will do:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing client accounts
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through consultative solutions
- Prepare tailored proposals that address client challenges
- Keep accurate records and manage administrative documentation
- Manage projects efficiently for timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations
- Support development and rollout of new products and services
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and contribute to sales team growth
About you:
- 2-3 years' experience in account management or market research sales
- Understanding of research; knowledge of media is desirable
- Proven success in client retention and account growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, approachable, and a true 'people person'
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Competent with CRM tools (Salesforce/Hubspot) and IT applications (MS Office; Google Workplace knowledge a plus)
