We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead high-value retail and distribution partnerships, drive commercial growth, and bring standout trade marketing ideas to life.

The Role

You’ll be the key link between the business and its retail & distribution partners worldwide - building strong relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, and making sure every account performs at its best. This is a hands‑on role where commercial thinking meets creativity, execution, and relationship building.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account Management & Relationships
    • Act as the main point of contact for global retail and distributor partners
    • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with key accounts
    • Provide fast, effective support and problem‑solving across all partners
  • Sales & Growth
    • Help deliver and exceed sales targets across key accounts
    • Identify new opportunities for account expansion and travel retail growth
    • Shape commercial strategies based on retailer and market priorities
  • Trade Marketing & Activation
    • Create and deliver engaging in‑store and online campaigns
    • Plan promotional calendars around key retail moments
    • Support store launches, events, and brand activations
  • Retail Execution & Operations
    • Ensure correct setup of listings, promotions, and product launches
    • Coordinate marketing assets and retail materials
    • Support onboarding of new partners and training of retail staff

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or trade marketing
  • Background in consumer goods, wellness, retail, or similar industries
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confident working with CRM systems and managing multiple accounts
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with travel retail is a bonus
  • Additional languages are a plus
