This role will be based in our Shoreditch office at least 3 days a week. Amplify has a dedicated Live Team, responsible for planning and producing a broad range of projects, campaigns and events for clients including Google, Sky, PlayStation, Nike, Porsche, Adidas, Youtube, Pinterest and Spotify. We are actively delivering experiences across the UK, mainland Europe, Asia, Australia and North America with the ongoing ambition to deliver a wider scope of projects within a multi-genre client and cultural landscape; and we’re now looking for another Senior Production Manager, specialising in live events to help us on that journey.

As a Senior Production Manager you will be one of the most senior contacts between internal stakeholders at Amplify and our external suppliers and partners, be that technical, fabrication, operations and logs, H&S, local authorities and more. You will be one of the Live Team’s senior production and technical figureheads, a go-to person for heads of department and project lead queries as well as the wider team members looking to you for expertise, guidance, development and support.

Your experience will span the full remit and delivery of Live campaigns primarily experiential but equally with a strong knowledge and skill set in both content and broadcast disciplines. You’ll bring your experience to the fore to ensure all projects and challenges are met head on with a collaborative, positive and can-do team first approach and with a focus on the detail and flawless delivery.

You will work as part of a wider team and be expected to calmly navigate all the different challenges that come with involvement in our biggest and most complex projects working in tandem with the lead producer, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept abreast of the key developments and requirements through every stage, from concept ideation through to final execution.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are a capable influencer of all production elements and drive personal and collective excellence when managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • You are a skilled communicator in all forms and are able to do so with expertise and gravitas alongside other senior members of a project team to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have excellent financial acumen and experience in managing production and technical budgets of £1m+ with strong commerciality including driving supplier negotiations, maintaining cash flows in line with client invoicing and identifying and communicating crucial points during the pre and post production timeline.
  • You enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, but also have an ever-growing list of contacts that you, and Amplify, can rely on when up against it.
  • You champion organisation and have experience of production management tools and systems as well as a thorough understanding to be able to support the client and project management requirements.
  • You hold an advanced knowledge and are a regular user of technical packages such as AutoCAD / Sketch Up / Vectorworks or similar to share ideas and support the management of all your projects alongside the 3D and architectural teams and technical supplier requirements.
  • You have an active awareness and interest in latest event technical innovations. You are the go-to source of knowledge for new products, technologies, potential partners/suppliers, materials and interesting processes.
  • You have extensive experience and a deep knowledge of all Health and Safety, Insurance, Security, Permits and License requirements and will champion how Amplify continues to be one of the highest regarded agencies in how we manage and deliver our projects factoring in all those areas.
