This role will be based in our Shoreditch office at least 3 days a week. We’re looking for a confident and creative Content Producer to take ownership of productions from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead shoots, manage post-production, and drive projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work across a diverse mix of content, including campaign films, photography, and digital and social formats, with the autonomy to run projects independently while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and client teams.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands production inside out and is ready to lead with clarity and confidence. You’ll bring structure to complex projects, build strong relationships with crew and suppliers, and maintain high creative standards throughout. Beyond delivery, you’ll play an active role in shaping how the content team operates, contributing to processes, mentoring junior producers, and continuously raising the bar across all output.
Day to day, you’ll oversee end-to-end production across multiple projects, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll plan and execute shoots, managing everything from locations and logistics to crew, talent, and on-set decision-making. You’ll also take ownership of post-production, guiding projects through edit, sound, colour, and delivery, while managing client feedback and approvals. Working closely with creatives and strategists, you’ll translate ideas into practical production plans and bring a producer’s perspective into the creative process from the outset.
Alongside this, you’ll manage budgets, resources, and supplier relationships, building accurate estimates, negotiating effectively, and keeping a close eye on spend and risk. You’ll oversee workflows and timelines across concurrent projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency at every stage. As a senior member of the team, you’ll support and mentor junior producers while upholding strong brand and quality standards across all content. There’s also the opportunity to expand into experience production, supporting the delivery of live brand experiences as part of the wider production team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in a production role within a creative agency, production company, or in-house content team, with a strong and demonstrable track record of supporting on shoots, campaigns, and content productions from start to finish.
- Proven ability to own end-to-end content production across video, photography, and digital formats - managing all moving parts without close supervision and delivering consistently high-quality results.
- Strong understanding of production workflows across both pre-production and post-production, including scheduling, budgeting, crew management, on-set operations, edit management, and asset delivery.
- Confident and calm on set, with experience managing talent, working with directors and DoPs, and making clear decisions under pressure to keep productions on track.
- Strong budget management skills, with experience building production estimates, negotiating with suppliers, tracking costs, and delivering projects within agreed financial parameters.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to hold multiple productions simultaneously - maintaining clarity, documentation, and momentum across a varied workload.
- Experience managing and briefing freelancers, suppliers, and external partners, with the ability to build strong working relationships and hold people to high standards.
- A natural collaborator who works effectively across creative, strategy, client, and leadership teams - contributing to the wider thinking and not just the execution.
- An eye for quality and a genuine interest in culture, content, and craft - someone who cares about the work and wants to make it as good as it can be.
