We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that blends sales and relationship management to drive exhibitor and buyer recruitment. It’s ideal for a confident and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is excited by international travel, and has a genuine passion for the luxury and lifestyle travel industries.

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4‑day working week. Hybrid model: 3 days in the office (Shepherd’s Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday non-working day.

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve and exceed exhibitor and revenue sales targets set by the Event Manager
  • Generate new business by sourcing, qualifying, and securing relevant exhibitors and buyers
  • Manage exhibitor and buyer applications and registrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our CRM systems
  • Maintain and grow our prospect database with high-quality leads
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring strong engagement and retention rates
  • Contribute to event delivery by supporting exhibitors and buyers with their on-site requirements
  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Conduct competitor research, attend industry events, and share market intelligence with the team
  • Travel internationally for sales trips and develop client relationships

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales within luxury travel, lifestyle, or related sectors
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with senior-level decision-makers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/event management systems preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including confidence using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and shared drives (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities under pressure
  • A proactive, resilient, and innovative mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours when required on-site
  • Passion for the luxury hospitality and lifestyle travel industries
