You’ll lead a skilled team of firmware and hardware engineers, shaping the architecture of next-generation connected devices from concept to launch. You will oversee the design, development, and integration of their entire embedded technology stack; from early prototypes through production, while fostering technical excellence and team growth. Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Embedded hardware/firmware design, including wireless communication systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams (8-10 individuals).
- Strong understanding of Microcontroller architectures and embedded C/C++.
- Understanding of hardware design principles (Schema / PCB Layout / Power Management).
- Wireless protocol knowledge (BLE / Wi-Fi / Zigbee, LoRa, etc).
- Experience with Prototype Development, hardware bring-up and debugging.
