Rather, you will utilise your exceptional communication skills to manage high volumes of inquiries, qualify leads, and set appointments for our advisory network. Commission is earned by setting appointments, not from dealing with any sale of products.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Enquiries: Receiving and expertly managing warm inbound inquiries generated from our highly successful social media and digital advertising channels.
- High-Volume Outbound Engagement: Proactively executing a high volume of daily outbound calls to a meticulously provided pipeline of prospective leads to maximise conversion opportunities with a daily stream of new leads coming through.
- Consultative Appointment Setting: Utilising active listening and professional communication to understand client requirements and successfully set appointments with our network of Level 4 qualified Wealth Managers.
- Pipeline Management: Ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately, compliantly, and recorded accurately utilising our internal CRM systems to maintain pristine data hygiene.
