We are currently expanding our dynamic Client Servicing Team at our modern Hull and East Yorkshire operational hub. We are seeking ambitious, resilient, and eager-to-learn Business Development Associates who are driven by uncapped earning potential and the desire to thrive in a high-energy, supportive corporate environment. Prior experience in the industry or in sales is not required but desirable - full initial and ongoing training is provided.
The Role
- Receiving and expertly managing warm inbound inquiries generated from our highly successful social media and digital advertising channels.
- Proactively executing a high volume of daily outbound calls to a meticulously provided pipeline of prospective leads.
- Utilising active listening and professional communication to understand client requirements and successfully set appointments with our network of Level 4 qualified Wealth Managers.
- Ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately, compliantly, and recorded accurately utilising our internal CRM systems.
