About The Role
As a People Business Partner within our wealth management business, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with business objectives in a highly regulated, client‑focused environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and challenger, you will support leaders across the full employee lifecycle, driving organisational performance, capability, and engagement. The role blends strategic partnering with hands‑on delivery, ensuring people practices support growth, operational excellence, and a strong risk and compliance culture. You will use data, insight, and sound employment law knowledge to enable effective decision‑making and a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.
