The role plays a critical part in value creation, integration of businesses and will work closely with leadership to define and deliver the group’s key initiatives within the financial advice and investment management businesses.

    • Work closely with relevant subject‑matter experts from key business areas to ensure that changes are workable and aligned to relevant outcomes.
    • Track progress, risks, dependencies and issues, escalating appropriately through governance forums.
    • Ensure delivery remains focused on outcomes and adoption, not just completion of activities.
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement
    • Act as the key point of contact between business SMEs, executive sponsors and delivery teams on key change initiatives.
    • Build strong working relationships across business areas, supporting functions and third‑party suppliers to ensure change is embedded, not just delivered.
    • Support Executive and Business Sponsors in defining outcomes, managing trade‑offs and making informed delivery decisions.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including ExCo‑level forums, on progress, risks and decisions required.
  • Integration & Change Execution
    • Play a central role in post‑merger integration and change initiatives within the financial advice and investment management business areas.
    • Align people, process, technology and governance across businesses while respecting regulatory and brand distinctions.
    • Play a key part in embedding change initiatives within each of the group businesses as applicable, working with a range of stakeholders to ensure the change is accepted safely.
  • Governance & Risk Management
    • Ensure transformation and change activity align to Quanta Group change governance, regulatory expectations and control frameworks.
    • Embed appropriate controls, documentation and decision governance within projects.
    • Partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory change and investment governance requirements are incorporated into solution design and delivery.
    • Oversee operational readiness, adoption and handover into BAU, ensuring ownership, controls and support models are in place.
    • Contribute to Group‑wide change prioritisation and sequencing where required.
  • Value and Benefits Realisation
    • Define clear value drivers and success measures for initiatives, including financial, operational, regulatory and client outcomes.
    • Track delivery against agreed benefits and support remediation where outcomes are at risk.
    • Ensure dependencies with wider Group transformation initiatives are actively managed.
