About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead complex, cross‑group transformation initiatives across the Quanta Group. The role oversees a portfolio of major projects, including a large platform transformation and multiple growth, integration, and business change programmes. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, the Programme Manager will translate strategy into delivery, coordinate workstreams, and ensure commercial, operational, and client outcomes. Experience in large‑scale transformation, senior stakeholder management, and regulated financial services is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Programme & Project Leadership
    • Lead the end to end delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to Quanta Group strategy and value creation objectives.
    • Own the delivery of a large scale platform transformation project workstreams, including migration, integration, and stabilisation activities.
    • Develop and maintain integrated programme and project roadmaps, aligning milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across technology, business, and change workstreams.
    • Define success measures, benefits, and outcomes, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and realisation of value.
  • Governance & Senior Stakeholder Engagement
    • Establish and manage effective programme and project governance structures, including steering committees, executive forums, and working groups.
    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group, including executive leadership, business heads, and functional leaders.
    • Provide clear, concise, and outcome focused reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Delivery Oversight & Execution
    • Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, including platform migration, growth programmes, and integration activity.
    • Coordinate internal teams, delivery partners, vendors, and third party providers, holding them accountable for delivery outcomes.
    • Proactively manage cross programme dependencies, risks, and constraints to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.
    • Ensure robust planning and execution of business readiness, operational change, and client impact management.
    • Manage our third party supplier delivery team to ensure assurance over the end to end delivery lifecycle.
  • Growth & Integration Initiatives
    • Lead delivery of growth and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic ambition and operational execution.
    • Manage post acquisition integration initiatives, including platform, process, data, and operating model alignment.
    • Minimise disruption to clients and business operations while accelerating time to value.
  • Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Management
    • Own delivery level risk management, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and escalated appropriately.
    • Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal control frameworks.
    • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to embed regulatory considerations into delivery plans.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Champion effective change management to drive adoption of new platforms, processes, and ways of working.
    • Partner with Distribution, Proposition, Operations, and other business areas (across platform, advice and investments) to ensure client and colleague readiness.
    • Support communication and engagement activity to embed change across the Group.
  • Post Implementation & Continuous Improvement
    • Lead post implementation reviews to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and embed continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of stronger delivery standards, tools, and ways of working across the transformation portfolio.

About You

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise scale transformation programmes and projects, ideally within financial services, wealth, pensions, or investment platforms.
  • Strong experience in platform, technology enabled, and operating model transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead growth and integration initiatives in a multi entity or group environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience operating at Executive and Steering Committee level.
  • Strong commercial and delivery mindset, with the ability to link strategy, milestones, and financial outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to complex change.
