About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser opportunity for aspiring financial professionals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the finance and mortgage sector. This role begins with a 3-month unpaid internship, during which you\\\’ll receive full training, support, and sponsorship to achieve your CeMAP qualification, paving the way for a paid position and future progression within our firm.

- Offer tailored advice on mortgages, protection, and financial planning
- Attend networking events and promotional activities to generate new leads
- Work towards achieving your personal and team sales goals in a target-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, professional, and resilient attitude
- Confidence and motivation to build your own portfolio of clients
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a drive for doing the right thing for the customer
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not required
