Your Responsibilities
Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients through the full process
Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand client financial positions and aspirations
Advise on mortgage products and protection solutions clearly and professionally
Ensure all recommendations and documentation comply with regulatory requirements
Maintain excellent client relationships, offering ongoing support and service
Stay updated with mortgage market trends, product criteria, and regulatory changes
Manage your own business activities, including prospecting and client acquisition
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience delivering mortgage and protection advice
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information simply
Proven ability to generate new business and work in a target-driven environment
Exceptional organisation, communication, and customer service skills
Positive, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently while being part of a wider team culture
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if meeting clients in person)
