Due to continued business growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing Financial Planning team.
This is a varied and rewarding position supporting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Financial Planners and the support team to deliver excellent client service.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively.
- Maintain accurate back-office systems and client records.
- Process business in line with internal procedures, including AML documentation.
- Prepare documentation, valuations, and reports for client meetings.
- Process applications, transfers, new business submissions, and service existing policies (including fund switches, withdrawals, and amendments).
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to manage client requests efficiently.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience directly supporting Financial Advisers.
- Experience using financial platforms and industry tools to produce illustrations and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
