Junior Paraplanner – Liverpool (Hybrid) – GBP35,000 to GBP40,000
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paraplanner based in Liverpool? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing financial planning firm in a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from both the office and home.
We\’re looking for a dedicated Junior Paraplanner who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and is keen to be directly involved in the planning process. You\’ll be an integral part of the team, working closely with lead advisers and clients from day one.
The Role: Client-Facing Paraplanner
As a Junior Paraplanner, you\’ll be a key part of an agile client team. You\’ll gain exposure to high-level discussions and strategic decisions, with a clear path to developing into a Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Joining client meetings from Discovery to Plan Presentation.

Building visually clear and compelling cashflow models.

Drafting planning recommendations and collaborating on client-facing suitability reports.

Conducting technical analysis and research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax wrappers.

Liaising with the wider team to drive planning cases forward.

Maintaining a clean audit trail and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Junior Paraplanner role will have:

At least 1 year of paraplanning experience in a regulated firm.

A Level 4 qualification is desirable, and a commitment to working toward Chartered or CFP status is essential.

The ability to translate complex financial information into plain English.

What We Offer
