The Role
As a Financial Adviser, you'll provide tailored financial planning advice to an established portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
- Managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.
- Conducting annual reviews and ongoing financial planning meetings.
- Identifying clients' financial goals and recommending suitable solutions.
- Preparing for client meetings alongside the administration and paraplanning teams.
- Working closely with internal support teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Ensuring all advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional service.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships and delivering quality advice rather than focusing on winning new business.
You’ll ideally have
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A client-first approach with a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
