The Opportunity

We’re recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Client Support Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial services business in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth and professional service throughout their journey. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative and supportive team with excellent long-term career prospects and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Adviser Support
    • Arrange and coordinate annual review appointments with clients
    • Book follow-up and ad-hoc meetings where required
    • Prepare client meeting documentation and review packs
    • Support advisers with day-to-day administration
    • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
    • Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams
  • Business Processing & Administration
    • Process new business applications and investment cases
    • Prepare and manage supporting documentation
    • Assist with fund switches, encashments, and drawdown administration
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
    • Maintain up-to-date client records within CRM systems
    • Liaise with providers and external administration teams where required
  • Compliance & Quality
    • Complete AML and ID verification checks
    • Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and GDPR requirements
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Follow internal processes and service standards at all times

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and team-focused approach

Experience supporting Financial Advisers, Wealth Management teams, or working within pensions/investments would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
