  • Provide holistic financial planning advice across areas including pensions, investments and protection as you progress towards CAS.
  • Ensure all advice and client activity is delivered within the firm's compliance framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Continue developing your technical and professional knowledge through ongoing training and fully funded professional qualifications.

About you

  • A strong technical understanding of pensions, investments and protection.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with clients.

  • Full financial support for CII examinations, study materials and professional development.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • New and existing client leads provided.
  • A structured and transparent route from technical paraplanning into Financial Advice.
